The Director

Fulcrum Family Service was founded and run by a woman; a quite a feat when only 23% of Small Medium Enterprises with no employees in the UK were owned or led by women (BEIS:2018). The company keeps right on target with changes in the law and policies through the management’s social work background and knowledge of social care legislation and government policies within a challenging climate that inform local authorities’ service delivery. Further development of senior management has been completed in complimentary areas such as; Systemic Practice, Restorative Justice, domestic violence, and social work models such as Signs of Safety.
