About Fulcrum Family Services

 

Fulcrum Family Services is an innovative Independent Social Work Organisation.
 

We provide and facilitate services that support individuals, families and children towards sustainable positive change, and the empowerment of service users through tailor made, solution-focused, client-centred, collaborative working between individuals, families, and professionals. This is essential for enabling children to be safely cared for within the family, and facilitate sustainable positive change. We offer impartial, non-judgemental and highly specialised services.

  • Complaints procedure

  • Routine collection and analysis of Customer, Professional and Service User Evaluations

 

The Family Group Conference Standards and policy documents regarding consent and engagement and confidentiality were ratified by the Family Rights Group in 2010. These are reviewed regularly to ensure they are up-to-date and consistent with current good practice. These documents underpin the Family Group Conferencing service delivery completed by all staff members.
